We are thrilled, grateful, and energized to share that Katarzyna Hasnik, Founder & CEO of Fehur, has been officially selected as a DLT Talent in the highly competitive Web3 Talents / DLT Talents accelerator program! 🎉✨


Out of 1,000+ global applicants, she is among the few selected to join Cohort 9 of the DLT Talents program, hosted by the prestigious by Frankfurt School of Finance and Management Frankfurt School Blockchain Center in collaboration with OpenAI from April to the end of August 2025. Why Web3 Talents & DLT Talents Matter

Operated by the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center, the Web3 Talents initiative includes flagship programs like DLT Talents, DeFi Talents, Bitcoin Talents, NFT Talents, ReFi Talents, and the newly launched AI Talents with over 5,000+ members worldwide.


DLT Talents (Cohort 9) is a free, 18-week mentoring pathway (April-August 2025) designed to propel ambitious women into leadership roles across Web3, from developers to regulators to startup founders. The program has mentored ~1,200 women since 2020, with over 500 landing careers in the blockchain ecosystem Program Highlights:

  • Three phases: foundations → multidisciplinary → concentration


  • Bi-weekly interactive presenting and pitching sessions led by industry experts, top-class mentors in Web3, Blockchain, Finance, DeFi, DLT, AI, Cryptocurrency, Banking, Regulation, etc.
