Importance of the Credibility - How to be a good Leader in UX/UI Design DevOps Team?

Agile Methodology and Agile Values matters especially in rapidly growing UX UI Visual Design Studio, where many of team members are creative and contribute outstanding ideas.

As Leader, never miss one! It is your duty, mine. duty to notice each other work.


Credibility Matters


Be Appreciative.

Be Inclusive.

Be Diverse.

Belongings matters.

Equality and Individuality Matters.


Give Credit to each of Team Members, also including yourself, you are one of the team member too. Give Credit to other Team Leaders, Managers.


None is Running The Show him/herself.

It is a SHOW OF EVERYONE.


Goals!

which are accomplished by team and by individuals must be highlighted.

They have to noticed by words of appreciations, gestures, from smiles, complements to the little and big celebrations at the Scrum Master Meetings, Team Meetings, Daily, Weekly, Month and Yearly Meetings, Events and Reports. They cannot b e missed out or just visible in Stats in Tables.


They must each team member verbally, orally at Sprints and in written Performance Reports (the foundation to increase salaries - and we all like that, isn't it?).


Small Daily Goals matters as much as Weekly, Monthly and Annual Goals.


Why because those appreciated small goals build the whole Spectrum on the long term achievements.


DO NOT WAIT TILL CHRISTMAS TO SAY THANK YOU!


You must collect as Santa all those good things which each team member does but not once a year, but every day. Each day matters! Otherwise you might loose lots of good goodness in between.


Mindset of Good Leader.

Good Leader credits others for their achievements.

He/She is honest when comes to reality but he/she also value the appreciation of others, meaning credibility.


The Feeling of Success is the collection of Accomplishments.


When the accomplished tasks are not noticed, the job become one long task over another task.

Never ending story with just monthly salary.


Salary is not enough anymore to reach the highest potential of each team member.


One of the principle of the Agile Culture, which I do value a lot, it is the celebration of those accomplishment, those little and big goals, those problem solving moments even if it is just technical small fix-ups, which have been achieved by each individual team members.


Notice the long term team members equally as the newcomers.

No deny. No doubt.


That time and only that time, team members feel INTERNAL SUCCESS, which more and more is way important than digits on the bank statement. Proven by stats of social studies.


The Internal Success brings more External Success.

When you tap someone's shoulder, they just have desire to get more.


We all have internal kids inside of us. Those Internal Children is us like to be NOTICE.

That's just simple as can be.


The whole project successes even more. Because the Internal SUCCESS brings extraordinary External Success.


SPREAD THE CREDIBILITY INDIVIDUALLY AND ALONG ALL TEAM.

Because TEAM IS A UNION. To be united, team members need to feel TOGETHERNESS and BELONGING as well as they have to value each other works as much as own contribution, separate from the group as the whole.


TO BE WHOLE WE HAVE TO ALSO BE SEPARATE.


Credibility comes when each of team members notice own accomplishment and accomplishment of others.

That time the work is shared as VALUE to all and that time the work itself is completed internally and externally. Others must be aware of individual successes to crave own success for the good of all. That time the necessary BONDING IN TEAM merge the team and each member is helping naturally others, step in with the helpful.



AS LEADER YOU MUST LOVE/VALUE/APPRECIATE ALL MEMBERS EQUALLY.

BEING LEADER IS A BIT LIKE BEING PARENT OR TEACHER.

You lead all children/students equally towards the shared GOOD along everyone.


This TRUE BELONGING brings better PRODUCTIVITY AND PROACTIVENESS. EVERYTHING NATURALLY AND ACTUALLY EFFORTLESSLY INCREASE.


It is not only once in awhile a team day out or team activity. It is everyday Leadership Soft Skill. To be Human towards other Humans.

Person to Person. Human to Human. P2P. H2H.


Notice others matters.

Nowadays most of us (the awareness is growing and spreading around with speed of light) wants to be recognise not just paid.

People value not only the product for which they work, not the brand, not the company but actually TEAM, PEOPLE with who they spend most of the week.


The Success means something more than ever before.

SUCCESS means BELONGING to be Include in the growth of the Team along with others.


Internal Success - Internal Happiness becomes more important than the external success of possession.


The Internal Success of employees bring the success of the company.


The real last longing success and outstanding social presents on the job market and along other competitors.



Clients and Customers not only buy products and services now. The Buy the Values, Mission and Social Life of the company itself. They buy the whole spectrum. Each Leader and Manager should know that.


Clients and Customers want to know who is working for this brand and how this person feels about what he/she is doing. How company values them?


That's why Credibility Matters to me and to my teammates.


Give and Receive Credit. Value others as you would like to be value.

Notice. Notice and Highlight all little success. Celebrate them. Make the importance of them in daily Team Life.

That time you really success as Human, Person, Employee, Member, Leader, Manager, Founder.


Do not wait until someone will start. Be example. Bee brave and bring the values if they are still unknown in your work place.


Start small and achieve a lot. Enjoy the Success as Journey not Destination.



BECAUSE WE DO WORK TOGETHER. ONLY TOGETHER WE CAN ACHIEVE EXTRAORDINARY SUCCESSES.
